Feeding our babies is natural, but it’s rarely easy. I’ll guide you through all the ways to prepare for breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding, what supplies and gadgets you really need on your registry and provide hands on breast and bottle feeding consultation and support. This plan will help you meet your feeding goals and optimize the outcome of your baby’s developing body and brain.

Option 1:
Newborn Feeding Essentials
This package is perfect for parents who want focused support during the newborn phase and a complete plan for welcoming your new bundle of joy.
- Pre-Birth: Bonding, Breastfeeding & The Golden Hour education to prepare for the early days.
- Early Days: Newborn Feeding Assessment with focused support on establishing breastfeeding or bottle feeding.
- Short-Term Support: A limited number of check-ins to address immediate concerns and ensure a smooth start.
Option 2:
The Complete Feeding Journey
This package is ideal for parents who want comprehensive guidance throughout their baby’s feeding journey.
- Pre-Birth: Baby Registry & Nursery Setup, Bonding, Breastfeeding & The Golden Hour education.
- Early Days: Newborn Feeding Assessment (breast or bottle), in-person or virtual check-ins to address latch, positioning, and early challenges.
- Ongoing Support: Bottle Feeding guidance (if needed), Feeding Readiness consultation, and Starting Solids/Baby-Led Weaning support.
Option 3:
Solid Foundations: Starting Solids
This package caters to parents who are ready to embark on the exciting journey of introducing solid foods.
- Feeding Readiness: Assessment and guidance on developmental milestones and introducing solids safely.
